What do I do if I receive my order and it has been damaged during shipment?
Orders that you receive damaged must be called in immediately to expedite the claim process with United Parcel Service. Claims after 3 days will not be honored. When leaving your phone number make sure you include the area code. Please call 1-561-483-3526 to file your claim.
