- Dear Bob White Decals,
I have to admit I bought decals from another company and they were inferior. They were made of thin material and were difficult to apply. After an hour of messing with them, they were installed with wrinkles, lumps and air bubbles. I was not happy. In the meantime, I had ordered a set of bumper inserts for my Ford Mustang from you. They came the other day and I ripped off the inferior ones and installed the ones you sent. In a matter of 20 minutes they were applied to perfection and I have to say there is a difference in material quality, far superior. The moral of my story is this; I'm always going to buy my decals from Bob White Decals.

- A few weeks ago, I ordered a set of rear bumper letter inserts (stickers) for my cobra. I ordered them from www.bobwhitedecals.com . I was a little hesitant to spend $43 dollars on decals when I could get them for $9 + $4 shipping on ebay, but figured I would get a professional quality 3M product that would give me no problems. I was pretty surprised to find poor cut quality on the letters. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. I emailed Mr. White, and got a reply within the hour. He said that he checked the drum that cuts the letters and noticed a small crease. He spoke with the cutter manufacturer & said he would send me out a new set of decals the same day. He also reassured me that the $9 decals were not 3M and the ones he makes will last. Well, a few days later, I received the new letters, and they look great. I am very satisfied with the quality and his customer service. I would recommend his decals to anyone. Now all I need to do is find some time to install them! Russ

- Hello Mr. White, my name is Frank Felicetti. I just wanted to send some feedback concerning your decals. First of all, the fast delivery that you provide is very convenient...I dont have to wait for 3 weeks to get something, like ebay. Secondly, your decals are very professional...the adhesive NEVER comes off, even when i wash my car (I've washed my car 3 times since I've applied my decal, and it hasn't fallen off or anything). Also, your customer service is excellent. On my very first try I badly messed up my decal ruining it. You were kind enough to send me another decal for LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE! I really appreciated that and whenever my buddies (who by the way all own mustangs) ask me where they can find some cool decals, I always tell them to go to www.bobwhitedecals.com!
